The Account Lead role is a developmental role for Account Management focused on supporting the Pharma Account Management Team on metric and monthly reporting, demand coordination and tracking and service level management. This role will also act as communications coordination for the Account Management team they support.

Demand Intake Management:
Responsible for the overall Demand Intake of I/T requests from BU I/T; Drive to standard service offerings within Serve Catalog. Translates Business Requirements into Standard Service Catalog offerings and minimizing technology requests from BU I/T. Tracks and provides status of Demand activities to BU I/T and identifies those requests which will drive change in financial billing model.

Service Management:
Overall accountability for service and project delivery of I/T Shared Services. Primary point of contact for escalations. For Service Level Management, align BU I/T to appropriate Service Level Agreements within Service Catalog. Monitor satisfaction and develop action plans improve overall satisfaction levels. Ensure that compliance requirements are understood and met for the business.

Reporting:
Generate monthly reporting for Account Management team specific to GOC and BU I/T. Aids Account Partner and Account Management team in communications from and to BU I/T - roadmaps, standards, new services.

IT Competencies include: Keen understanding of the strategic priorities of J&J. Strong technology experience in application and infrastructure. Strategy development. Challenges the status quo to identify ways of doing things better, faster and cheaper. Implements world-class processes. Skillfully balances the need to deliver short-term business results with what's best for the organization long-term.

Summary of Job Responsibilities
1) Single point of contact for all It2It Requests. Review requests, resolve issues for processing.
2) Take point on Account follow-ups from Account Managers (examples include: Tracking down RFS requests, resolving issues with demand that hasn?t been addressed in a timely fashion, etc?) or BUIT Contact
3) Take point on escalation follow-ups
4) Analyze data and produce reports as needed for Account Plans
a. Own list of service improvements
b. Prepare information/data for monthly account reviews
5) Proactively define ways to improve GAM processes
6) Collaborate closely with GAM Ops team and other GAM Account Leads for organizational needs and improvements

A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent business experience is required.
A minimum of 4 years overall IT experience with 2 years of experience in service delivery and service level management is required.
Must also have at least 1 year of experience in IT analyst role as well as 1 year in a project management role.
Technical experience in LAN/WAN, server, storage, security and applications development is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills and organizational skills are required.
Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word and required.
Experience with Cognos and Sharepoint are desired.
Must demonstrate ability to understand, plan and communicate workflow and process supporting I/T Shared Services.
Must demonstrate ability to take initiative and look for opportunities to improve current process and reporting.
This role requires previous experience in IT environment with a technical background in application and infrastructure services.
This is a development role for Account management.
This may require some travel to support quarterly meetings and key presentations with IT stakeholders.
